Just would like to add that the nightmares shieldtank also has the advantage that you can upgrade it significantly with a crystal imp set. (and its easier to fit than most other ships too)

Just get me some tracking comp (or script) that allows me to hit anything that orbits me at 8 km/s+. I would even go so far and accept a 50% dmg-reduction to be able to hit them.

Nightmare and you can basicly stop to care what range your target is at, lock and fire. Good firepower, good tank, bloody easy to fit and the slot layout also makes it quite flexible

Get some better shield hardeners for starters. Not so sure how long that cap booster can support your cap needs, if you can get away with it good for you but i personally wouldnt like to be dependent on it for PvE.
